The venue itself is absolutely beautiful — it has such an intimate feel while being conveniently close to Petaluma, which is a wonderful town to host your guests. Julia, the month-of planner who comes with the venue, was phenomenal. Honestly, we don’t know what we would’ve done without her. While her official role is ‘month-of,’ Julia was supportive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She guided us in choosing vendors — all of whom we selected based on her recommendations — and every single one was flawless. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly professional. Leading up to the wedding, Julia was super organized and provided us with so much information, tips, and things to think about that hadn’t even crossed our minds. On the day of, everything ran seamlessly. We didn’t have to worry or stress about a single thing — we didn’t even lift a finger when it came to setup or organizing on the day itself. As the day evolved, Julia adapted and improvised to make sure each moment was used perfectly. The staff at Flying Cloud were also fantastic — friendly, efficient, and just great to work with. We had absolutely zero issues. On top of all that, the pricing is very reasonable for the value you get. One huge bonus: Flying Cloud lets you bring your own alcohol, rather than requiring you to hire an open bar caterer, which saved us a ton of money.
