Fees & Policies
For select clients, Jim and Jeannette Bell offer their private estate for weddings and receptions. With a more relaxed pace and the feel of a private villa, for Saturday weddings, the Bells open their facilities all day Friday for rehearsal and decorating, from 8:00 until 9:00 the day of your wedding, and the day after for picking up of personal items. Also included are their Wedding Coordinating Services.
Saturdays, June–October, the facility fee is $5400. November–May, the facility fee is $3700. This includes the two day use of the site, day-of coordination services, all cleaning fees, and a parking attendant as well. There is an additional $5/person fee for furniture (ceremony chairs, dinner tables and chairs, umbrellas, cocktail tables and chairs, buffet tables, cake and hors d'oeuvres tables, etc.). We do offer discounts for weddings booked less than 6 months out or Monday - Thursday.
Sunday weddings, 100 guests or fewer. For smaller weddings, 100 guests or fewer, we now offer events on Sunday. The site fee for Sundays is $2900, a $2500 savings off a Saturday wedding during high season! Since we may have a wedding here on Saturday, you would not have the use of the facility the previous day for rehearsal, but we would schedule a day the previous week to rehearse. All other services are included: services of our site manager, cleaning fees, and the parking attendant.
Flying Cloud is not only able to accommodate your guests, but a live band or D.J. as well. The facility has ample parking and a service area for all your vendors.
With Flying Cloud's long history of hosting and managing events, you can be sure your wedding and reception facilities are perfect. They also take care of the table and chair set up and provide umbrellas for your guests! Flying Cloud has years of experience in creating the "perfect wedding".
