As part of our wedding package, they include comprehensive coordination services. They start with the organizational meeting a month before the wedding, at which point the worry of managing and directing your special event will be passed over to their capable hands.  Wedding Coordination Servicesincluded in our site fee: -meeting(s) with bride to develop day of schedule and go over all event details -ordering rentals as necessary -organizing processional and recessional -rehearsal and ceremony coordination -greeting and organizing vendors upon arrival -assisting with decorating, lighting candles, placement of favors and place cards -keeping schedule running on time -assisting vendors with any of their needs -gathering up remaining items at the end or the night -distributing final payments and tips to vendors  You can be sure your wedding and reception will run smoothly and let you enjoy the day you've been dreaming of.
